The first part is about Twitter/ how to support the Iranian protests. Twitter has suddenly become a great tool for Iranians to communicate, but unfortunately it is a very public tool. But, it is possible to help out if you so want, and it's pretty simple: go onto your Twitter account and in your settings, change your location to Tehran and change your time-zone to +3:30 Tehran. This will help conceal the activists' activities because the Iranian government will not know who to follow. This is really a quick and easy way to support the cause.
