Third Blog Post (part deux)

As promised...here is the second half of my day! (Because I know you are all very eager to hear this...blogging is rather egotistical if you think about it)

After my nap, I woke up to find my roommate back from New York, and I was very excited. We both unpacked our stuff and then she headed out to go to a play and dinner with her totally awesome boyfriend (I totally approve of this kid- they are super cute together). I decided to head up to Student Stores, check my schedule and try to buy my textbooks, which brings me to another installment of:

Spark of Brilliance or Flash of Insanity?!?!
1) This actually is not about a decision I made today, but one the university made. See, today was the one and only day students could move back to campus before classes start tomorrow. This campus houses over ten thousand students in dormitories across campus. Moving back in was a mild nightmare for those who waited until the afternoon to move in. Luckily, mom and I decided to wake up at 5 and move in at 9...mini Spark of Brilliance to us! But the hassle of having only one day for students to move in is not completely about waiting for the elevator for ten minutes, but also the fact that the bookstore is now completely overrun with students trying to get their books in time for the start of the semester! I don't understand why the university thought this would be a good idea....
I'm giving this one a big Flash of Insanity vote.

Alright, I do have an 8am class tomorrow that I want to be mildly rested for, so until the next blog post, keep making good decisions!

  1. I like the setup. Spark of brilliance/flash of insanity structure. Do I get to vote? lol
